Common use of Holiday Worked Clause in Contracts

Holiday Worked. Once an employee has completed probation, employees will be paid for the hours actually worked on a Holiday at the overtime rate of one and one half (1 1/2 ) their regular rate of pay. Employees will additionally receive Holiday Pay as defined in Article 16.
