HOLIDAY OFF AND COUNTED WITHIN APPOINTMENT FRACTION. 352. Each employee normally scheduled to work eight (8) or more hours per week (see paragraph 352B) shall suffer no loss in salary, including shift premium if applicable, for the holiday, provided the employee meets the following eligibility requirements: 145 See Intent Notes for Paragraph 351B; see Paragraph 185N, 355 & 368.1.a.
