Common use of Holiday Observance Clause in Contracts

Holiday Observance. Any holiday, other than Winter Holiday as allowed in section 4.4.1, which falls on a Sunday shall be observed on the following Monday. Any holiday, other than Winter Holiday as allowed in section 4.4.1, which falls on a Saturday shall be observed on the preceding Friday.

Holiday Observance. Any holiday, other than except Winter Holiday as allowed stated in section 4.4.14.1.1(11), which falls on a Sunday shall be observed on the following Monday. Any holiday, other than except Winter Holiday as allowed stated in section 4.4.1Section 4.1.1(11), which falls on a Saturday shall be observed on the preceding Friday.
