HOLIDAY and VACATION PAY. The Holiday (vacation) pay shall be paid at the rate of of the gross hourly pay earned. The members of the Union should cooperate with Employers in arranging their vacations previous to the vacation period. FREE ZONE LIMITS For the purpose of defining travel time, travel expenses and living expenses in this Agreement, the following free zone limits shall apply, "Free Zones are applicable when the residence and the site where they are to work are both located within a kilometer radius of the Hall that or Town": In Ontario, the Free Limits shall be a kilometre radius from the City Hall in each City or Town where the is established and employees are dispatched from, to the project employees will be dispatched work at. The free zone limit for the Halifax Regional Municipality (former cities of Halifax and Dartmouth) shall be fifty road kilometres from the centre of Angus bridge. Any company that ha5 a registered shop outside the above zone, shall follow the same rules on travel using the shop as the centre. On all jobs outside this free zone limit, mileage shall be paid either from the centre of the Angus. Bridge on the jobsite and return or from the member's to the jobsite and whichever is the shortest distance. In there shall be a kilometre free zone from the intersection at the New Breton turn off. Any member who resides outside the free zone in shall be paid mileage his home to the jobsite and return. The free zone limit far Winnipeg shall be inside Perimeter Highway. In Alberta, the free zone limits shall be up to fifty (50) road kilometres from city centres of Edmonton and Calgary. In Saskatchewan, free zone limits shall be up (50)road kilometres from city centres of Saskatoon and Regina. The city limits other than "A", and above where the shop of the Employer is established and employees are dispatched. ARTICLE DAILY TRAVEL In all Provinces except Ontario, when employees are required by the Employer to travel a job outside the free zone limits where they return home daily, the Employer shall pay travelling expenses on the basis of per kilometre year, per kilometre and year from the free zone limits to the job and return, which shall include time needed to travel.   • Vacation Pay (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.

  • Vacation; Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.
