Holding Time. When the secondary or elementary Schools dismiss early and the other Schools dismiss at the regular time, each driver will be paid for the extra holding time. When School is delayed all drivers scheduled to drive will be paid holding time per hour or fraction thereof for the delay.

Holding Time. No vendor will be required to leave its certified check or bond posted for more than 120 days after the proposal opening date. At the option of the Consortium, the proposal security of individual vendors for which a contract award is not contemplated, may be returned prior to award by the Consortium. Holding Time. The maximum amount of time a sample may be stored before being analyzed. Sample Delivery Acceptance (SDA): The date and time when Lab officially receives a sample or Sample Delivery Group, as evidenced by either a notation on the Chain of Custody or an entry in the Lab’s information management system (LIMS). Sample Delivery Group (SDG): A set of samples normally shipped and reported to the Lab as a group. Turnaround Time (TAT): The maximum allowable period within which Lab must report out its analytical testing results to Client, calculated from the date of SDA.

  • Voting Time All employees shall be allowed up to two paid hours for the purpose of voting provided the employee does not have sufficient time before or after regular duty hours to vote. The two hours authorized for voting does not apply to those employees who by reasons of their employment must vote by use of an absentee ballot.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Daylight Saving Time The changing of Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time, or vice versa, shall not result in Employees being paid more or less than their normal scheduled daily hours. The hour difference shall be split between the Employees completing their shift and those commencing their shift.

  • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any xxxxxx after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.

  • WAITING TIME Those employees working on a project who are entitled to receive subsistence allowance shall be paid a lump sum as waiting time based on the applicable straight time rate provided for in the Schedules attached hereto as follows:
