Common use of Holding Over Clause in Contracts

Holding Over. 27.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8, 7 and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.14.3.1. If, with Landlord’s 's prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month-to-month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7Rent, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8Section 6, (b) Additional Rent, and (bc) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.112.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base the Basic Annual Rent in accordance with Article 7, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8Section 5, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Pro Rata Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.111.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base the Basic Annual Rent in accordance with Article 75, as adjusted in accordance with Article 86, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including including, without limitation, payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating ExpensesTaxes and insurance. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement condition contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.112.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base the Basic Annual Rent in accordance with Article 75, as adjusted in accordance with Article 86, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Pro Rata Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.126.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

If, with Landlord’s 's prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month-to-month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7Rent, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8Section 5.2, (b) Additional Rent, and (bc) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement condition contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.128.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 78, as adjusted in accordance with Article 89, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including including, without limitation, payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Pro Rata Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any , and such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8, 8 and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including including, without limitation, payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Op Ex Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.1. If11.1 If Tenant remains in possession of all or any part of the Demised Premises after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession shall be deemed a month-to-month tenant upon the date of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the such expiration or earlier termination of the Termand, and in such case case, Tenant shall continue to pay the Basic Annual Rent (a) Base Rent as adjusted from the Term Commencement Date in accordance with Article 6), Operating Expenses in accordance with Article 7, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8and any other amount of Rent due Landlord pursuant to the terms of this Lease, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement condition contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.1. 12.1 If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base the Basic Annual Rent in accordance with Article 7Section 5, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8Section 6, and (b) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the this Lease were still in effect, including including, without limitation, payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating ExpensesTaxes and insurance. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Holding Over. 27.14.3.1. If, with Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant holds possession of all or any part of the Premises after the Term, Tenant shall become a tenant from month to month-to-month after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, and in such case Tenant shall continue to pay (a) Base Rent in accordance with Article 7Rent, as adjusted in accordance with Article 8Section 6.5, (b) Additional Rent, and (bc) any amounts for which Tenant would otherwise be liable under this Lease if the Lease were still in effect, including payments for Tenant’s Adjusted Share of Operating Expenses. Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.

Any such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.
