The Developer herein shall after disposal of all the units at the said building complex, make an Association or syndicate under the Societies Registration Act or in the alternative, cause incorporation of a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 for administration and maintenance of the common parts and essential services at the building .
