Common use of Hold Harmless Clause Clause in Contracts

Hold Harmless Clause. The Union agrees to indemnify and save the Employer harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or other form of liability, including, but not limited to, reasonable court costs and legal fees, that may arise out of or by reason of action taken or not taken by the Union, or the Employer for the purpose of complying with any provision of this Article, or in reliance on any list, notice or assignment furnished under any such provision.

Hold Harmless Clause. The Union agrees to UNION shall indemnify and save hold the Employer EMPLOYER harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or complaints, and other form forms of liability, includingthe cost of administrative or other hearings or proceedings, but not limited to, reasonable court and attorneys' fees and costs and legal fees, that shall or may arise out of of, or by reason of of, any action taken or not inaction taken by the Union, or the Employer EMPLOYER for the purpose purposes of complying with any provision the provisions of this Article, or in reliance on any list, notice or assignment furnished under any such provisionArticles I and II.
