HKEX-IS Decision Is Final. Subject to clause 5.3, HKEX-IS shall have sole discretion to determine from time to time without giving reasons the applicable Subscriber Fees for an approved service provided by the Licensee and the amount of Licence Fees payable by the Licensee.
