Tentative Agreement Between American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU), California School Employees Association (CSEA), Elk Grove Education Association (EGEA) Psychologists/Social Workers Association (PSWA) AND Elk Grove Unified School District (District) XXXXXX was established with the goal of providing post-retirement health insurance benefits to qualifying retirees of the Elk Grove Unified School District. XXXXXX has a Board of Directors and its governing documents include the Trust Agreement, the Summary Plan Description, and the Retiree Participation Agreement. Detailed information regarding the benefits currently being provided to participants, additional eligibility and participation requirements as described by bargaining unit, as well as governance, and administration of the Trust can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or by contacting the XXXXXX office at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000, (000) 000-0000, email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. Historical References. For the 2016-17 school year, the salary increased by 2 percent (2%), contingent upon the passing of the Bond Measure D effective July 1, 2016. At the end of the 2016-17 school year, an additional two percent (2%) was provided retroactive to July 1, 2016. For the 2014-15 school year, the salary increased by two percent (2%) and a $2,000 one-time payment based on FTE to all unit members employed during the 2013-14 or 2014-15. The “Stipend”: retroactive to July 1, 2014, when the position is filled by a unit member, the stipend shall be paid as the status quo base stipend plus 2% of the unit member’s annual salary.
