Historical Example. The following table shows how the Annual Percentage Rate and the monthly payments for a single $10,000.00 credit advance would have changed based on changes in the index since 2007. The index is from The Wall Street Journal from the first business day of March of each year. While only one payment amount per year is shown, payments may have varied during the year. The table assumes that no additional credit advances were taken, that only the minimum payments were made, and that the rate remained constant during the year. It does not necessarily indicate how the index or your payments will change in the future.   • Medical Exams 18.1: The Sheriff's Department may require a physical and/or psychological exam by a doctor, at the Employer's expense, to determine the employee's ability to perform his/her regular duties, if deemed appropriate.   • FALSE STATEMENTS CONCERNING HIGHWAY PROJECTS T h i s p r o v i s i o n i s applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts. In order to assure high quality and durable construction in conformity with approved plans and specifications and a high degree of reliability on statements and representations made by engineers, contractors, suppliers, and workers on Federal- aid highway projects, it is essential that all persons concerned with the project perform their functions as carefully, thoroughly, and honestly as possible. Willful falsification, distortion, or misrepresentation with respect to any facts related to the project is a violation of Federal law.
