Historic Preservation. The Borrower shall not, without approval in writing by the Administrator, use any portion of the Loan to construct any facilities which will involve any district, site, building, structure or object which is included in the National Register of Historic Places, maintained by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the Historic Sites Act of 1935 and the National Historic Preservation Act.
