Hiring Requirements. Purchaser shall offer employment to the Transferred Employees for positions comparable to the positions in which such Transferred Employees are employed by the applicable Sellers immediately prior to the applicable Closing Date. Sellers shall not provide Employees' personnel files to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall have an individual, signed agreement with each Transferred Employee providing that he or she is an employee of Purchaser and not the applicable Seller.
Hiring Requirements. Except for employees hired pursuant to a federal, state or special vocational grant, the School District shall endeavor to hire only teachers who have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and are certified.
Hiring Requirements. Contractor agrees at least 30% of its new hires for the project shall be Section 3 residents. The 30% minimum represents a safe harbor for hiring that meets the “greatest extent feasible” statutory requirement. For each new hire on a Section 3 covered project, the contractor will submit a new hire request form to DCHA five business days prior to recruiting through other means. New hires are subject to contractor’s standard employment policies.
Hiring Requirements. A. An applicant after receiving an offer of employment, must successfully complete (at the expense of the College) medical evidence of ability to perform the essential functions of the position. The College shall provide the form and designate the physician who will perform such physical examination.
