HIRING PROCEDURE. 700 HIRING In accordance with Section 163.5(7) of the Labour Relations Act or other similar legislation which may be enacted, the IBEW IBEW-CCO and the ETBA agree that an Employer may not make the election under Section 163.5(1) but instead agrees to the following provisions of Sections 700, 702, 703, 704 and 705 of the Provincial Section of the Principal Agreement.
