HIRE PERIODS. This Hall-Hire Agreement shall be ongoing until terminated. However the PCC reserves to itself the right to use the Hall if & whenever it deems necessary. The Hall will not then be available to the Hirer when the Church requires the hall for any exceptional one-off event, such as, but not limited to, a funeral. As much notice as possible of non-availability shall be given by the Church to the Hirer. When the Church needs use of the Hall, any payments made by the Hirer beforehand will be reimbursed.

HIRE PERIODS. Official Fringe Dates:- Friday 18th February to Sunday 20th March 2022. The Bakehouse Theatre hire period is a weekly one running from Monday to Saturday. That adds up to four full weeks available for hire/programming, which are:-  Week One (Monday Feb 21– Saturday Feb26)  Week Two (Monday Feb 28 - Saturday Feb 5)  Week Three (Monday March 7 - Saturday March 12)  Week Four (Monday March 14 - Saturday Mar 19)  During these four weeks we will be running three shows a night in the Studio Theatre and three shows a night in the Main Stage.  Time slots for these are 6pm; 7.30pm and 9pm  Each show must run for 1 hour maximum and be able to bump in and out in 15 minutes. (which adds up to half an hour between shows)  Sundays and day time matinees are not included in your hire period.  Daytime shows: Children’s daytime shows or extra matinee performances of your evening show are available by negotiation. HIRE PERIODS. The full hire period is the dates shown on the hire contract or as agreed in communication emails between Hirer and Heavenly Hot Tubs. At the end of the full hire hire period, goods not made available for collection will be placed back on hire for a further hire period and at the same hire charge. You must pay the extra charges when we ask for them, to include any additional costs incurred. The contract comes into effect once a deposit has been paid, by paying the deposit you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions which are published on our website and provided at point of hire. Your responsibility when hiring goods You must assist us in the delivery and collection at your location. You must give us clear instructions, and take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our people. We accept no responsibility for any damage or injuries caused. The hirer will supply the electricity and water for the equipment during the hire period. You must make sure you have a suitable supply of electricity and it must be within close proximity of the setup area. We require a flat level base to sit the Hot Tub on; this can be slabbed, concrete, blocks, decking or any firm hard standing. We can place on loose stone chippings providing they are small and compacted. Grassed areas are not ideal but can be used. Great care must be taken not to get grass or soil in the water as this will spoil the enjoyment. We can provide a foam flooring to stop any foreign objects cutting or piercing the tubs if we feel appropriate. Although our tubs are 1800mm in diameter they need a minimum space of 2300mm for safety. You must ensure there is sufficient access to the spa into your chosen space, if access is not possible there will be under no circumstances, be any refunds. The hirer will inspect the equipment with Heavenly Hot Tubs and note and sign for any damage on the equipment. You become responsible for the goods when you receive the hired equipment. Please take extra care to stop sharp objects from being around or in the Hot Tub and prevent people from jumping in or on the Hot Tub. Do not use glasses in the tub or any foreign object in the tub. Do not enter the Hot Tub wearing shoes. Children must be supervised at all times. Pregnant women and people with blood pressure issues should check with a doctor about using the Hot Tub. HIRE PERIODS. 3.1 The Hire Period shall be 3.1a During School Term [ ] am/pm on Mondays to Fridays.
