Common use of Hire Period Clause in Contracts

Hire Period. The proposed dates and times for the event are set out in the commercial terms. No extension to the hire period shall be permitted without the prior written agreement of the licensor and payment of an overrun fee (calculated as 50% of the venue hire fee) and any additional costs which may be incurred by the licensor during such period.
