Hire Duration. The Hire Period expires upon the earlier of; - the Hirer returning the Goods to the Owner at the Owner’s address & having made all outstanding payments due under this Contract, or - where the Goods or part thereof are lost, destroyed or damaged, when the Hirer pays the Owner in full pursuant to clauses 11 to 14 together with any other outstanding payments due under this Contract.

Hire Duration. Hire days are calculated on a calendar day basis. When calculating the number of days the Caravan is hired, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the Hire, regardless of pick-up time. The day of the Caravan’s return is counted as the final day of the rental regardless of drop-off time. Minimum rental period is 3 days with the following exceptions; Collection dates between 1 December and 31 January which have a minimum hire requirement of 14 days, unless prior consent from GC Caravan for Hire. Rentals over all other school holiday periods have a minimum hire requirement of 7 days. Minimum rental periods are subject to change, and any such change will be notified to you prior to booking confirmation. Late pick-up or early return of the Vehicle does not entitle the Customer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental.

  • Pact Duration This Pact begins when both parties have legally signed it. It expires for the Contractor/Supplier 12 months after the last payment under the respective contract, and for all other Bidders 6 months after the contract has been awarded. If any claim is made / lodged during this time, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this pact as specified above, unless it is discharged / determined by Chairperson of the Principal.

  • Agreement Duration The term of the Agreement shall begin and end on the dates indicated in the Standard Grant Agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for work performed on or after the date of execution through the expiration date of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Attachment 2, Special Terms and Conditions. However, work performed prior to the execution of this Agreement may be reimbursable or used for match purposes if permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions.

  • License Duration The duration of your license to a Product will be for a perpetual or limited term, as specified on an order. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable order, (a) if a “Perpetual” interval is specified for a Product, you will receive a license to that Product in perpetuity; and (b) if a “License Term” is specified on an order, you will receive a license to the Products listed on that order for the period specified on the order, commencing on the date of delivery of those Products.

  • Maximum Duration Up to five years. The five-year period is a cumulative total of all absences from employment at the University due to the employee’s service in the military. If it appears that an employee has exceeded the five-year total, the appropriate University Human Resources office must be contacted to verify the total length of the employee’s military service, and determine the department’s obligation to place the employee.

  • Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.

  • Rejection During Probation (a) The Employer may reject any probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Clause 10.4. The test of just cause for rejection shall be a test of suitability of the probationary employee for continued employment in the position to which they have been appointed, provided that the factors involved in suitability could reasonably be expected to affect work performance.
