HIGHER DUTIES ALLOWANCES Clause Samples
The Higher Duties Allowances clause provides for additional compensation to employees who temporarily perform duties at a higher classification or rank than their usual position. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which an employee becomes eligible for the allowance, such as the duration of acting in the higher role or the specific responsibilities assumed. Its core function is to ensure fair remuneration for employees taking on extra responsibilities, thereby recognizing their increased workload and incentivizing flexibility within the workforce.
