High Time Sample Clauses

High Time. When working on lift equipment or scaffolding in the Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Central Terminal, Northstar, IAF or the North Esplanade areas, Utility Workers shall receive a premium of 10 % per hour based on the regular day shift rate. Additional areas comparable in height will be added at Management’s discretion.

High Time. On jobs where employees are required to work from swinging scaffolds, suspended from a rope or cable, bosun chair, brackets, cantilevers, or outrigger from the ground, they shall receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the journeyman rate of pay. Employees shall be paid high pay only for actual time of exposure on the scaffold, boatswain chair, outriggers, etc.
High Time. A high time premium of 10% of regular pay will be paid when an employee is actually working on staging and scaffolding, or where the employee is supported by a safety belt or rope, at heights of 9 meters (30 feet) or more above a fixed platform, safety net, or natural ground surface. This clause is applicable to work under bridges when the above conditions apply. The minimum premium payable will be that for one hour.
High Time. All employees shall be compensated at the rate of double time (2X) while working on poles or structures of the system, seventy (70) feet or more above the ground or building to which it is attached. This rule shall not apply when employees are working on the roofs of buildings.

High Time. High time shall apply to all work 50 ft. or more above impact level performed from a pick, boatswain's chair, swinging painters scaffold, or rope or cable supported barrel. High time shall also apply to work above 100 ft. above the base of smokestacks and antenna towers. All the above shall only apply when such construction methods are directed by the Employer or his authorized representative. High time shall be paid at the rate of $4.00 per hour worked in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay.
High Time. 1. High time shall be defined as work performed from a bos'n chair, rope and saddle, crane basket or suspended scaffold at a height of forty (40) feet or more.
High Time. When employees are performing electrical work on a structure or above the 90 ft. level directly above the ground, floor, roadway, roof or water where scaffolding or special safety devices which have not been approved by the Occupational Safety and and Health Administration are used, the wage rate for such work shall be double the straight time hourly rate. There shall be no pyramiding of rates and double the straight time rate shall be the maximum compensation for any hour worked under the terms of this Agreement.
