Licensee acknowledges and agrees that its use of any SFPUC Poles near overhead traction power infrastructure poses a risk of severe injury or death to persons who are not properly trained and equipped to work around high power lines.

With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.
