High Levels of Achievement. All students have Target Minimum Grades to which they should endeavour to meet and surpass; TMGs should be viewed as a lever, not a lid. We use a fine grading system that indicates how secure you are within a particular grade. ‘Next Steps Advice Cards’ which outline key targets will be provided to students who are two grades below their TMG in any subject. You will need to show evidence of acting upon this advice.  Students who are given a card are expected to spend at least one study period a day (if not a day fully timetabled with lessons) in the Study Area addressing their next steps until the next reporting session.  Students who fail to show evidence of acting upon their next steps by the next reporting session will also spend 1 hour after school every week working to rectify their underachievement. A strong work ethic.  A poor work ethic, alongside poor attendance, is the biggest barrier to achievement. Nobody has forced you to stay here at Sixth Form: it is your choice, and therefore we are within our rights to expect you to work hard.  Any student who receives an AtL of 3 or 4 in one or more subjects will be monitored for a period of 2 weeks; if no improvement is seen, then the student will spend 1 hour after school every week working on the subject(s) for which they received an AtL of 3 or 4 until the next reporting session.

Intervention will take place on an individual basis for students that do not meet their Target Minimum Grades. • The Sixth Form Team retain the right to direct student study periods, including adding a Period 6. A strong work ethic. • A poor work ethic, alongside poor attendance, is the biggest barrier to achievement. Nobody has forced you to stay here at Sixth Form: it is your choice, and therefore we are within our rights to expect you to work hard. • Any student who receives an ATL of 3 or 4 in one or more subjects will be monitored. If no improvement is seen the Sixth Form Team will administer appropriate intervention Make good use of study periods. • These are not ‘free’ periods. It is suggested that for every hour spent in the classroom, there should be an additional hour of independent study outside of the classroom. We expect to see all students working hard during these periods. Undertake a voluntary activity throughout Year 12. • You are role models within both the school and the local communities, and your input into other activities has a positive effect on others. Furthermore, the selflessness, diligence and commitment required to regularly undertake voluntary work will develop you as a person, and will be alluded to in future references for university or employment: admissions tutors and employers are keen to see diversity and a willingness to take on extra duties, particularly those that benefit others. • You will also take a full part in our Enrichment and Super-Curricular schemes. You must undertake one enrichment activity in year 12 and these will be on your timetable. You should attend at least six lunchtime lectures on Wednesday afternoons in year 12 and maintain your Personal Development Plan accordingly. • You are also required to undertake a student leadership role within the school. This will involve mentoring lower school students, working within faculties or becoming a House Captain. • You are strongly encouraged to source your own work experience in year 12. Submit the form to Xxx Xxxxx. This work experience should take place during your study periods only (no lessons should be missed).

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Metrics The DISTRICT and PARTNER will partake in monthly coordination meetings at mutually agreed upon times and dates to discuss the progress of the program Scope of Work. DISTRICT and PARTNER will also mutually establish criteria and process for ongoing program assessment/evaluation such as, but not limited to the DISTRICT’s assessment metrics and other state metrics [(Measures of Academic Progress – English, SBAC – 11th grade, Redesignation Rates, mutually developed rubric score/s, student attendance, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) data)]. The DISTRICT and PARTNER will also engage in annual review of program content to ensure standards alignment that comply with DISTRICT approved coursework. The PARTNER will provide their impact data based upon these metrics.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Upon a particular Commission’s issuance of an Order pertaining to Performance Measurements in a proceeding expressly applicable to all CLECs generally, BellSouth shall implement in that state such Performance Measurements as of the date specified by the Commission. Performance Measurements that have been Ordered in a particular state can currently be accessed via the internet at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The following Service Quality Measurements (SQM) plan as it presently exists and as it may be modified in the future, is being included as the performance measurements currently in place for the state of Tennessee. At such time that the TRA issues a subsequent Order pertaining to Performance Measurements, such Performance Measurements shall supersede the SQM contained in the Agreement.
