HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form. If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Termination for Withdrawal of Authority Enterprise Services may suspend or terminate this Master Contract if, during the term hereof, Enterprise Services’ procurement authority is withdrawn, reduced, or limited such that Enterprise Services, in its judgment, would lack authority to enter into this Master Contract; Provided, however, that such suspension or termination for withdrawal of authority shall only be effective upon twenty (20) days prior written notice; and Provided further, that such suspension or termination for withdrawal of authority shall not relieve any Purchaser from payment for goods and/or services already ordered as of the effective date of such notice. Except as stated in this provision, in the event of such suspension or termination for withdrawal of authority, neither Enterprise Services nor any Purchaser shall have any obligation or liability to Contractor.

  • Single Audit Report A. The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Termination for Convenience of the County Notwithstanding any other provision of the Contract, the County may, at any time, and without cause, terminate this Contract in whole or in part, upon not less than seven (7) days' written notice to the Contractor. Such termination shall be effected by delivery to the Contractor of a notice of termination specifying the effective date of the termination and the extent of the Work to be terminated. The Contractor shall immediately stop Work in accordance with the notice and comply with any other direction as may be specified in the notice or as provided subsequently by the County. The County shall pay the Contractor for the Work completed prior to the effective date of the termination and such other payment Contractor is entitled to under Attachment A, section III. “Performance Requirements” and such payment shall be Contractor's sole remedy under this Contract. Under no circumstances will the Contractor be entitled to anticipatory or unearned profits, consequential damages, or other damages of any sort as a result of a termination or partial termination under this Paragraph. The Contractor shall insert in all subcontracts that the sub-consultant shall stop Work on the date of and to the extent specified in a notice of termination, and shall require sub-consultant’s to insert the same condition in any lower tier subcontracts.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

  • Coverage for Members Who Are Hospitalized on Their Effective Date If you are in the hospital on your effective date of coverage, healthcare services related to such hospitalization are covered as long as: (a) you notify us of your hospitalization within forty-eight (48) hours of the effective date, or as soon as is reasonably possible; and (b) covered healthcare services are received in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of this agreement. As always, benefits paid in such situations are subject to the Coordination of Benefits provisions.

  • Obligation to Provide State Access to Grant Records The Grantee must make all grant records of expenditures, copies of reports, books, and related documentation available to the Division or a duly authorized representative of the State of Florida for inspection at reasonable times for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts and transcripts.
