Common use of Heritage Management Clause in Contracts

Heritage Management. As specified by current Commonwealth and State legislation relating to cultural heritage protection and native title, Aboriginal people must be consulted when developing and implementing management plans for all Aboriginal cultural heritage sites and places. In consultation with Aboriginal people, develop and follow protocols to protect the confidentiality of Aboriginal heritage information.
