Common use of Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Held in Trust. To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent as trustees for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent hereby accepts such trust and hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

Held in Trust. To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection Section 11.1 hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation Company hereby constitutes the Agent as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person Company in this Agreement. The Agent hereby accepts agrees to accept such trust and hold it and such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

Held in Trust. To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 11(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent hereby accepts such trust and hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 11(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent Agents as trustees for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent Agents hereby accepts accept such trust and hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent Agents in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 10(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent as trustees for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent hereby accepts accept such trust and shall hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 14(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Lead Agent as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Lead Agent hereby accepts such trust and hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Lead Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 12(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent Underwriter as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent Underwriter hereby accepts such trust and will hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent Underwriter in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 12(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent Agents as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent Agents hereby accepts such trust and will hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent Agents in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

The Agent hereby accepts such trust and hold holds such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 14(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Lead Agent as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent Lead Agents hereby accepts such trust and hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent Lead Agents in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

To the extent that the indemnity contained in subsection 11(a) hereof is given in favour of a Person who is not a party to this Agreement, the Corporation hereby constitutes the Agent as trustees trustee for such Person for such indemnity and the covenants given by Corporation to such Person in this Agreement. The Agent hereby accepts such trust and agrees to hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.

The Agent Agents hereby accepts accept such trust and shall hold such indemnity and covenants for the benefit of such Persons. The benefit of such indemnity and covenants shall be held by the Agent Agents in trust for the Persons in favour of whom such indemnities and covenants are given and may be enforced directly by such Persons.
