Heavy Equipment. Landlord reserves the right, in Landlord’s sole discretion, to decline, limit or designate the location for installation of any safes, other unusually heavy, or unusually large objects to be used or brought into the Premises or the Building. In each case where Tenant requests installation of one or more such unusually heavy item(s), which request shall be conclusively evidenced by Tenant’s effort to bring such item(s) into the Building or Premises, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the costs of any engineering or structural analysis required by Landlord in connection therewith. In all cases, each such heavy object shall be placed on a metal stand or metal plates or such other mounting detail of such size as shall be prescribed by Landlord. Tenant hereby indemnifies Landlord against any damage or injury done to persons, places, things or the Building or its Common Areas when such damage or injury primarily arises out of Tenant’s installation or use of one or more unusually heavy objects. Tenant further agrees to reimburse Landlord for the costs of repair of any damage done to the Building or property therein by putting in, taking out, or maintaining such safes or other unusually heavy objects.
Heavy Equipment. Tenant shall not bring into the Building or place in the Premises any safe, heavy machinery, heavy equipment, freight, bulky material, fixtures or computer equipment without first obtaining Landlord's written consent. The moving and location of any such items within the Building and Premises shall be subject to Landlord's prior approval.
Heavy Equipment. Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight and position of safes and other heavy equipment and fixtures, which, if considered necessary by the Landlord, shall be installed in such manner as Landlord directs in order to distribute their weight adequately. Any damage to the Premises or the Building caused by moving the property of Tenant into or out of the Premises shall be repaired at Tenant’s cost.
Heavy Equipment. To approve the weight, size or location of safes and --------------- other heavy equipment and articles in and about the Premises and the Project and to require all such items and furniture to be moved into and out of the Building or anywhere else in the Project and the Premises only at such times and in such manner as Landlord shall direct in writing. Movement of Tenant's property into or out of the Project and within the Project is entirely at the risk and responsibility of Tenant.
Heavy Equipment. A. In addition to the General Salary Increase provided in Section I., A., effective January 1, 2017, employees within the following classifications shall receive a special salary adjustment of five percent (5%). Heavy Equipment. To approve the weight, size and location of safes or heavy equipment or articles, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Heavy Equipment. Business machines, filing cabinets, heavy merchandise, or other articles liable to overload, injure or destroy any part of the Building shall not be taken into it without the written consent of the Landlord and the Landlord shall in all cases retain the right to prescribe the weight and proper position of all such articles and times and routines for moving them into or out of the Building; the cost of repairing any damage done to the Building by the moving or keeping of any such articles on the Premises shall be paid by the Tenant.
Heavy Equipment. To approve the weight, size and location of safes or heavy equipment of articles which articles may be moved, in, about, or out of the Premises only at such times and in such manner as Landlord shall approve and, in all events, however, at Tenant's sole risk and responsibility. The Landlord may enter the Premises and may exercise any or all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of an eviction or disturbance of the Tenant's use or possession and without being liable in any manner to the Tenant.
Heavy Equipment. Landlord will have the power to prescribe the weight and position of safes or other heavy equipment which may overstress any portion of the floor. All damage done to the Building by the improper placing of heavy items which overstress the floor will be repaired at the sole expense of the tenant which causes such damage. If, in the judgment of Landlord, it is necessary to distribute the concentrated weight of any heavy object, the work involved in such distribution will be done at the expense of the tenant and in such manner as Landlord shall determine.
Heavy Equipment. Heavy equipment will not be allowed to cross existing paved roadways unless such roadway is protected by rubber tires or other adequate protection such as heavy planking. Movement of heavy equipment equipped with crawler-type treads on existing paved surfaces is forbidden and such equipment must be transported to the Worksite on rubber-tired trailers. Upon completion of the Work, the equipment shall be promptly removed from the Worksite.
