HEALTHY FACILITY. We want BubblePOP to remain a healthy environment for all children and adults. Children can come into close contact with one another at BubblePOP. Any person who is visibly sick will NOT be permitted in the space. You are responsible for informing BubblePOP if your child(ren) have contracted an illness (ex: whooping cough; hand, foot & mouth; flu; etc). If your child has been sick or contracted anything harmful to their health within 30-days of your event date, you are REQUIRED to inform us via email at: xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx no less than 24-hours prior to your event date with a doctor/medical note/document stating clearly that your child is clear of any and all illness. Certain illnesses have an incubation period during the illness and after. If your child has been cleared by your physician and a document has been provided to prove this, you can continue with your event date. If you cannot provide medical clearance of your child(ren) from your physician, your event will be cancelled, your deposit not-refunded, and you would then have to put down a new deposit to secure another event date. If you or any member of your party has been in known contact with an individual who has been exposed or contracted COVID-19, MRSAs, or influenza within 14-days of your event date, you agree to contact BubblePOP regarding possible COVID- 19, MRSA, or influenza exposure prior to your event date.
