Healthcare Facilities. It is understood and agreed between the Company and the Union that continuation of service to healthcare facilities and nursing homes is essential to both parties, such healthcare facilities and nursing homes and the general public. The Union agrees that in exercising any rights to it under this Agreement or by Law, they will do nothing to interrupt laundry and linen supply service to healthcare facilities and nursing homes and that the Union will utilize its best efforts to maintain service to such health care facilities and nursing homes at all times.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.
