Common use of Health Clause in Contracts

Health. 1. The Parties agree to cooperate in the health sector with a view to improving health conditions covering, inter alia, the areas of major communicable diseases such as HIV/AIDS, avian influenza, and other influenzas of human pandemic potential and major non-communicable diseases and their risk factors, including through exchange of information and collaboration in early detection, prevention and control, as well as through international health agreements.

The Parties agree to cooperate in the health sector covering the areas of health system reform, major communicable diseases and other health threats, non-communicable diseases, and international health agreements with a view to improving health conditions covering, inter alia, and raising the areas level of major communicable diseases such as HIV/AIDS, avian influenza, and other influenzas of human pandemic potential and major non-communicable diseases and their risk factors, including through exchange of information and collaboration in early detection, prevention and control, as well as through international health agreementspublic health.
