Health Surveillance. The occupational physician/industrial hygienist or equivalent internal or external organ appointed for the Site will define in accordance with national regulations, Article 10 of Directive 98/24 and the Health Surveillance Protocol as described in Annex 8 the scope of the medical examinations to be performed.
Health Surveillance. All personnel affected by the scope of this Agreement will agree to annual medical checkups paid for by the company. The checkups will always be voluntary; to this end, the companies will write to the workers indicating when their checkups will take place, including a form for those workers that do not wish to undertake the check-up to communicate this to the company. Regardless of the above, however, the criteria outlined in section 22 of the LPRL and section 37 of the health and safety services Regulations will be applicable. As a result, the monitoring of health will be included as a fundamental part of health and safety activities, and the results will be analyzed with epidemiological criteria, with the aim of investigating the possible relation between exposure to risks and dangers for health, and proposing the resulting measures for the improvement of the working conditions and environment. The measures for monitoring health must include, as a minimum:
Health Surveillance. All staff covered by this Agreement shall undergo annual medical examinations at the company's expense. The examinations shall always be voluntary in nature; to this end, companies shall send a letter to their staff indicating the time at which such examinations are to be carried out, including a leaflet or leaflet enabling the person who does not wish to undergo them to inform the company of their decision. Notwithstanding the above, the criteria of Article 22 of the LPRL and Article 37 of the Prevention Services Regulations shall apply in all cases. Consequently, it will be approached as a fundamental part of preventive activity, and its results will be analysed using epidemiological criteria, in order to investigate the possible relationship between exposure to risks and damage to health, and to propose consequent measures to improve working conditions and the working environment. Health surveillance measures should include, as a minimum:
Health Surveillance. The IR has established a health surveillance system for all its employees. A regular health check shall be available to all employees governed by this CBA on a voluntary basis unless regulations in force indicate that health checks should be mandatory. Nonetheless, medical examination at intervals established by the risk prevention service is mandatory for employees at risk of exposure to ionizing radiation, at risk for biological agents of groups III and IV of Royal Decree 664/1997 and at risk for chemical, carcinogenic and mutagenic agents. Such examinations are also mandatory for any other employees as established by law. The IR, in accordance with the legislation in force, shall, from the perspective of preventing possible workplace- related accidents and illnesses, adopt whatever measures it deems necessary to ensure that employees can perform their functions in suitable conditions and without risk to their health and safety.
Health Surveillance health surveillance must continue in accordance with the hygiene measures specified by the Ministry of Health; • priority must be given to preventive, on-demand and re-entry basis visits; • periodic health surveillance should not be interrupted «because it is an additional preventive measure»; • the relevant doctor must cooperate with the employer and the RSL/RSLT «in integrating and proposing all regulatory measures related to COVID-19»; • upon notification of the relevant doctor, the employer must provide for the protection of employees affected by «situations of particular fragility and current or past pathologies», always in compliance with privacy regulations.   • Health & Safety (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the Home, in order to prevent injury and illness and abide by the Occupational Health and Safety Act as amended from time to time.

  • Health Screening The Contractor shall conduct a Health Needs Screen (HNS) for new members that enroll in the Contractor’s plan. The HNS will be used to identify the member’s physical and/or behavioral health care needs, special health care needs, as well as the need for disease management, care management and/or case management services set forth in Section 3.8. The HNS may be conducted in person, by phone, online or by mail. The Contractor shall use the standard health screening tool developed by OMPP, i.e., the Health Needs Screening Tool, but is permitted to supplement the OMPP Health Needs Screening Tool with additional questions developed by the Contractor. Any additions to the OMPP Health Needs Screening Tool shall be approved by OMPP. The HNS shall be conducted within ninety (90) calendar days of the Contractor’s receipt of a new member’s fully eligible file from the State. The Contractor is encouraged to conduct the HNS at the same time it assists the member in making a PMP selection. The Contractor shall also be required to conduct a subsequent health screening or comprehensive health assessment if a member’s health care status is determined to have changed since the original screening, such as evidence of overutilization of health care services as identified through such methods as claims review. Non-clinical staff may conduct the HNS. The results of the HNS shall be transferred to OMPP in the form and manner set forth by OMPP. As part of this contract, the Contractor shall not be required to conduct HNS for members enrolled in the Contractor’s plan prior to January 1, 2017 unless a change in the member’s health care status indicates the need to conduct a health screening. For purposes of the HNS requirement, new members are defined as members that have not been enrolled in the Contractor’s plan in the previous twelve (12) months. Data from the HNS or NOP form, current medications and self-reported medical conditions will be used to develop stratification levels for members in Hoosier Healthwise. The Contractor may use its own proprietary stratification methodology to determine which members should be referred to specific care coordination services ranging from disease management to complex case management. OMPP shall apply its own stratification methodology which may, in future years, be used to link stratification level to the per member per month capitation rate. The initial HNS shall be followed by a detailed Comprehensive Health Assessment Tool (CHAT) by a health care professional when a member is identified through the HNS as having a special health care need, as set forth in Section 4.2.4, or when there is a need to follow up on problem areas found in the initial HNS. The detailed CHAT may include, but is not limited to, discussion with the member, a review of the member’s claims history and/or contact with the member’s family or health care providers. These interactions shall be documented and shall be available for review by OMPP. The Contractor shall keep up-to-date records of all members found to have special health care needs based on the initial screening, including documentation of the follow-up detailed CHAT and contacts with the member, their family or health care providers.

  • Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense. The MBU will be given a copy of the directive which will state the reason(s) for such examination. Following the examination, results will be sent by the Human Resources Department to the MBU and immediate supervisor. All communication which results from the implementation of this Article shall be handled in a confidential manner. ARTICLE TWENTY-EIGHT

  • STUDENT SAFETY The Parties agree that when a Student attending a College facility expresses to any College employee a suicidal intention or a threat of physical harm to others, a protocol to be agreed prior to the effective date of this MOU will be executed. The protocol will prioritize ensuring that the Student does not pose a threat to self or others. The College will prioritize transitioning management of the issue to School District, the parent / guardian of the student or the most appropriate authority or entity to address the crisis at hand. Often the College Police Department will assess the situation and coordinate that transition with its School District counterpart. School District designates College as its agent under any applicable statutory authority or parent / guardian consent to treatment for the limited purpose of this crisis-response intervention. When on the College campus, Students will follow the policies and procedures of the College to ensure the safety and well-being of the fellow classmates, faculty, staff and visitors. The Colleges will develop standard protocols for various emergency situations. To ensure safety precautions, the College enrolls all students, faculty and staff, including Students in Dual Credit programs, into emergency alert messages. These messages are sent to all groups mentioned via the College email, robocalls and text messages to the telephones listed in the system of record. Alamo Colleges District is subject to legislation requiring it to allow licensees to carry concealed handguns on its campuses effective August 1, 2017, and Students will potentially encounter license holders availing themselves of this privilege. Any notice of these facts to parents of Students will be the responsibility of the School District. Students traveling for College events will be required to sign an Alamo Colleges District General Participation Release as a condition of participation as is required of all students from each of the Colleges of the Alamo Colleges District.

  • Health Services At the time of employment and subject to (b) above, full credit for registered professional nursing experience in a school program shall be given. Full credit for registered professional nursing experience may be given, subject to approval by the Human Resources Division. Non-degree nurses shall be placed on the BA Track of the Teachers Salary Schedule and shall be ineligible for movement to any other track.

  • Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain. This should include extracts from Board level meetings, risk registers etc where any of the above items have been discussed.   • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.

  • Department of Health and Human Services An employee notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative, the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test. An employee who has a positive alcohol test and/or a positive controlled substance test may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, based on the incident that prompted the testing, including a violation of the drug and alcohol free work place rules.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs.
