HEALTH, SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. 19.1 Attention is drawn to the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy, as amended from time to time. The Company shall make available in the Company’s offices a copy of the policy current at the time of application for a berthing agreement. Any amendments shall be displayed on the Company’s public notice board or other prominent place the Company’s Premises and further copies available upon request. The Owner, his regular crew, members of his family and/or any person or company carrying out work on the Vessel, with the permission of the Company, must comply with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.

Owner shall provide a waste generator identification number for regulated and hazardous waste generated at the Site and Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements and shall provide a signature for manifests for such waste removed from the Site and Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements. Contractor shall notify Owner prior to removal of such waste from the Site. The Work excludes construction noise mitigation other than the requirements within the Site to comply with OSHA.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. 25.01 The parties agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the facility in order to prevent injury and illness.

(a) The Employer acknowledges its responsibility to make all reasonable and proper provisions to ensure the maintenance of high standards of the health, safety and wellbeing of their employees in the workplace. The Employer agrees to promptly take care of difficulties that arise from third party interference.

The Contractor shall safeguard a high level of health and safety in Petroleum Operations and shall implement such health and safety measures to ensure the hygiene, health and safety of relevant personnel as is required by Applicable Law as varied, amended, modified or replaced from time to time.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. The UiO is responsible for ensuring that employees who are undertaking remote work have a safe working environment which could not cause any injuries. This includes the UiO being responsible for ensuring that any equipment and machines which are delivered to the employee in question could not injure that employee. In turn the employee shall comply with the instructions provided and display the due care and attention required in order to prevent health risks and accidents. The parties to the agreement must comply with any HSE legislation and regulations which apply at any one time. For example: “The Regulations relating to work which is carried out in the homes of employees”, (FOR-2002-07-05-715), which i.a. regulates the employer’s responsibilities for ensuring that working conditions are fully justifiable, the internal control relationship, safety representatives and the Working Environment Committee.
