Health Plan Management System. (HPMS) — A system that supports Contract management for Medicare health plans and prescription drug plans and supports data and information exchanges between CMS and health plans. Current and prospective Medicare health plans submit applications, information about Provider Networks, plan benefit packages, formularies, and other information via HPMS. HIV/AIDS Waiver – SCDHHS’s CMS-approved 1915(c) waiver that covers a range of community support and medical services offered to eligible individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and at risk of hospitalization. Home Again - SCDHHS’s CMS-approved Money Follows the Person (MFP) demonstration project designed to create a system of LTSS that better enable eligible individuals to transition from certain long-term care institutions into the community. Enrollees in the Demonstration may also qualify for services through Home Again. Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver – A variety of Medicaid home and community-based services as authorized under a §1915(c) waiver designed to offer an alternative to institutionalization. Individuals may be preauthorized to receive one or more of these services either solely or in combination, based on the documented need for the service or services to avoid institutionalization (nursing facility) placement.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
