Health of Foetus. Where a teacher who is expecting a child is assigned to a location where, in the opinion of her physician, the teacher is at risk of damage to her foetus as a result of environmental or health conditions, and where there is no mutually agreed upon re-assignment, the teacher is eligible for benefits in accordance with this Article.
