HEALTH INSURANCE IN RETIREMENT. A. The State agrees to assume upon retirement the full cost of the Health Benefits coverage for State employees and their dependents including the cost of charges under Part B of the Federal Medicare Program for eligible employees and their spouses, but not including survivors, for employees who accrue 25 years of pension credit service, as provided under the State plan, by July 1, 1997, and those employees who retire for disability on the basis of fewer years of pension credit in the State plan by July 1, 1997.

HEALTH INSURANCE IN RETIREMENT. Unit members who retire from the District with an undiminished retirement, and who have ten (10) continuous years of service to the District prior to their retirement, shall receive health insurance in retirement with the District contributing fifty percent (50%) to the family premium and seventy-five percent (75%) to an individual premium.

Xxxxxxx seek to retire in accordance with the terms of the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System during the term of this Agreement, the District shall provide health insurance coverage in retirement of 85% individual and 50% dependent for Xxx. Xxxxxxx’x life.
HEALTH INSURANCE IN RETIREMENT. A. Association members who were employed during the 2013-14 school year and who are employed continuously by the District for 10 years or more, shall qualify for health insurance (individual or family plan) in retirement and pay the same rate they paid in their final year of employment with the District from the date of retirement until the first date such employee becomes Medicare Eligible at which point the District insurance shall become secondary insurance.
