HEALTH HAZARDS. 11.01 The Union may discuss with the Company any working conditions which the Union believes are, in their opinion, detrimental to the health of the employees.

HEALTH HAZARDS. 19.1 The Materials supplied by the Company in that condition in which it is sold is considered not to constitute a hazard to health or safety, provided that it is handled and used in accordance with normal accepted safe working practises. The Distributor should, for its own safeguard, consult the relevant codes of practise and factory inspectorates with regard to adequate hygiene, safety and environmental standards and enforcement thereof, with respect to handling and processing of the Material.
