Health Hazard. (Contaminant) Condition that causes or creates a potential for water contamination that may cause disease or have any other physical or toxic effects on humans.
Health Hazard. If Landlord, in its reasonable judgment, believes that any Additional Equipment poses a human health or environmental hazard that cannot be remediated or has not been remediated within ten (10) days after Tenant has been notified thereof, then Tenant shall immediately cease all operation of such Additional Equipment. To the best of Tenant's knowledge, Tenant represents to Landlord that the use of the Additional Equipment will not pose a human health or environmental hazard.

SEEPAGE AND POLLUTION BUY-BACK(30 DAY CLAUSE) Notwithstanding the absolute seepage and pollution exclusion contained in the Section IV the exclusion shall not apply provided that the Insured established that all of the following conditions have been met.
Health Hazard. If the County Health Officer reasonably determines that a significant health hazard exists to the public, the Health Officer may require appropriate measures and the Permittee shall implement such measures to mitigate the health hazard. If the hazard to the public is determined to be imminent, such measures may be imposed immediately and may include temporary suspension of permitted activities. The measures imposed by the County Health Officer shall not prohibit the Permittee from requesting a special Planning Commission meeting, provided the Permittee bears all related costs.

  • Flood Hazard Insurance None of the improvements on any related Mortgaged Property are located in a flood hazard area as defined by the Federal Insurance Administration or, if any portion of the improvements on the related Mortgaged Property are in an area identified in the Federal Register by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood hazards falling within zones A or V in the national flood insurance program, the Mortgagor has obtained and is required to maintain flood insurance.

  • Environmental Hazards (a) Except for matters described in Section 18(b), Borrower shall not cause or permit any of the following:

  • Flood If any of the Improvements are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor to that agency) as a “Special Flood Hazard Area,” flood Insurance in the amount required by Lender.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance.

  • Flood Zone None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards or, if so located, the flood insurance required pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(i) hereof is in full force and effect with respect to the Property.

  • Flood Insurance With respect to each Mortgaged Property, obtain flood insurance in such total amount as the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders may from time to time reasonably require, if at any time the area in which any improvements located on any Mortgaged Property is designated a “flood hazard area” in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency), and otherwise comply with the National Flood Insurance Program as set forth in the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as amended from time to time.

  • Matters Relating to Flood Hazard Properties (a) Evidence, which may be in the form of a letter from an insurance broker or a municipal engineer, as to whether (1) any Closing Date Mortgaged Property is a Flood Hazard Property and (2) the community in which any such Flood Hazard Property is located is participating in the National Flood Insurance Program, (b) if there are any such Flood Hazard Properties, such Loan Party’s written acknowledgement of receipt of written notification from Administrative Agent (1) as to the existence of each such Flood Hazard Property and (2) as to whether the community in which each such Flood Hazard Property is located is participating in the National Flood Insurance Program, and (c) in the event any such Flood Hazard Property is located in a community that participates in the National Flood Insurance Program, evidence that Company has obtained flood insurance in respect of such Flood Hazard Property to the extent required under the applicable regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
