Common use of HEALTH FUND Clause in Contracts

HEALTH FUND. 55-1 A health fund shall be provided for all unit members of a .5 FTE or more. The contribution for each full-time unit member shall be $980 in years 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 of the agreement. In the 2014-15 school year the contribution for each full-time unit member shall be $1000. Administrative costs shall be paid by the District beginning with the 2011-12 school year. Part-time staff members of .5 FTE or more shall receive a prorated contribution. Staff members on the payroll as of October 1 of each year shall be eligible for this benefit.
