Common use of Health Department Clause in Contracts

Health Department. Unit F members employed by the Health Department who obtain and maintain any of the certifications listed below under their work unit shall be paid $1.05/hour. Employee shall be compensated for only one certification, irrespective of the number of certifications possessed. Such compensation shall begin in the pay period after the employee provides proof of the certification to Health Department Human Resources. Such compensation shall cease if the member’s certification lapses.
