Common use of HEALTH AND WELFARE Clause in Contracts

HEALTH AND WELFARE. Auxiliary employees shall receive compensation of forty-seven cents (47¢) per hour worked in lieu of Health and Welfare Benefits.

HEALTH AND WELFARE. (a) Auxiliary employees Employees shall receive compensation of forty-seven fifty cents (47¢50¢) per hour worked hour, up to a maximum of eighty-five dollars ($85) per month, in lieu of Health health and Welfare Benefitswelfare benefits.
