Common use of Health and Welfare Trust Fund Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Trust Fund. Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) effective October 10, 2010 for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Health and Welfare Trust Fund, X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0.

Effective April 27, 2014 each Employer shall contribute one dollar and eighty-five cents ($1.85) and effective April 26, 2015 each Employer shall contribute one dollar and ninety cents ($1.90).
