HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. 19.2.1. We expect that all members of the Housing community—residents, staff and visitors—act in a manner that demonstrates respect and consideration for those around them, including respect and consideration for the health and safety of all community members. All residential students are prohibited from creating a health or safety hazard within housing and the University or the University may request or require a resident to leave housing if their continued presence in the housing community poses a health or safety risk for community members. Residential students are required to comply with health and safety laws, orders, ordinances, regulations and health and safety guidance adopted by the University or housing as it relates to public health crises, including COVID-19. Adherence to health and safety requirements applies to all residents, staff and visitors and extends to all aspects of residential life, including bedrooms, bathrooms, community kitchens, lounges, computer rooms, courtyards and other common spaces.

The Hospital will continue to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations including workplace sanitation, ventilation, cleanliness, light, noise control, heating, and cooling. It is the responsibility of the Hospital to provide safe and healthy working conditions. It is the duty of each employee to comply with all health and safety regulations of the Hospital.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. All staff have a duty to maintain health and safety responsibilities, the Head teacher as site manager is ultimately responsible, all staff to read and sign the school Health and Safety policy. Insurance: School insurance to cover buildings, contents will be responsibility of pre-school. The annual payment is agreed via the Transfer of Control Agreement (TOCA) between the governors of the school and the management committee of the pre-school.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. Company shall be responsible for efforts to protect the health and safety of all individuals performing the Services in those areas of the Facilities under the control of Company, and Company shall comply with this Agreement, the HSE Manual, and all Applicable Laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company may delegate to its contractors or subcontractors, if any, the obligation to protect its contractors' or subcontractors' employees in those areas of the Facilities over which its contractors or subcontractors have control; provided, however, that any such delegation shall not relieve Company of any of its obligations to Authority under this Agreement. Company agrees to provide Authority with timely notice, in accordance with the notification procedures in the HSE Manual, of any formal or informal communication(s) with any Governmental Authority regarding health or safety matters in relation to the Services.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. This project may involve toxic metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium and hexavalent chromium. It is the contractor’s responsibility to test for toxic metals and if found, comply with the OSHA regulations, which may include medical testing.
