In addition, a HSR is entitled to an all-purpose hourly allowance for the life of this agreement as per the table at clause 47 – Health and Safety Representatives Allowance.

Health and Safety Representative. Each program location will have one Health and Safety Representative appointed by the Union from other than supervisory staff. The duties of the Health and Safety Representative will be as follows:

Provided that the arrange- ments and procedures for the meeting are agreed in advance with the employer, the organisers of the meeting shall have the right to invite to the meeting representatives of a federation that is a par- ty to this collective agreement and representatives of the relevant national labour and employer confederations.
