Health and Safety Protocols. For Contracts to provide mental health, behavioral health or addiction services to clients of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, consistent with P.L. 2021, Chapter 1, the Provider Agency shall make a good faith effort to comply with all applicable Federal and State COVID-19 health and safety protocols to adequately ensure the safety of the Provider Agency’s employees and service recipients. This section shall expire on the 366th day following the end of the public health emergency and state of emergency declared by Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx in Executive Order No. 103 of 2020, as subsequently extended by executive order.
Health and Safety Protocols. Collaborator will comply with all Client health and safety guidelines and protocols (including, without limitation, those relating to COVID-19) as may be adopted by Client. Client may in its sole discretion revise such guidelines, protocols, and policies from time to time. Collaborator acknowledges that Client may require Collaborator to take certain actions as a result of city, county, or other government directives or guidelines, and that Client may implement, at its discretion, requirements that go beyond binding public health directives from the government.

Health and Safety Protocols. Other Policies Student and Parent will comply with all School health and safety guidelines and protocols (including, without limitation, those relating to COVID-19) as may be adopted by School. Student and Parent will comply with School’s social media and other policies. School may in its sole discretion revise such guidelines, protocols, and policies from time to time, including during the period of instruction. Compliance by Student and Parent with the current such guidelines, protocols, and policies is a requirement under this Agreement.

Staff are expected to follow all ISBE and IDPH guidelines and District health and safety protocols while on District property, and progressive disciplinary action may result for violations. These protocols include but are not limited to the following, and may be updated based on further ISBE and/or IDPH guidance:
Health and Safety Protocols. Xxxxx Xxxxx Students must comply with pus, whether such protocols are intended to mitigate risks associated with COVID-19 or are in response to other health or safety concerns. Xxxxxx will provide Xxxxx Xxxxx Students with such protocols.
Health and Safety Protocols. In light of the health and safety crisis created by COVID‐19, the University has implemented various health and safety programs, procedures and safeguards. The University may implement similar protocols in response to other communicable diseases, natural disasters, or other situations that pose a threat to public health. Collectively, these programs, procedures, safeguards, and protocols are referred to herein as the “Health and Safety Protocols.” In order to facilitate, and in consideration of the University’s efforts to provide, the Health and Safety Protocols, Resident agrees to the following Provisions:
Health and Safety Protocols. In connection with the foregoing, I, on my behalf or on behalf of my child, acknowledge and agree to comply with (1) all relevant policies and protocols issued by the Cardinals and/or the Facility, including, without limitation, any policies and protocols regarding security, bags, fan conduct and health and safety, currently available at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx (collectively, “Health and Safety Policies”), all of which, due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, may continue to be updated from time to time until the time of the Event, and (2) all current guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and all applicable laws and policies of federal, state, city and local authorities. Cardinals have the right to deny admission to or eject any person who the Cardinals or such designees determine, in their sole discretion, poses a risk to the health or safety of others and/or whose conduct violates Health and Safety Policies. I assume all risk of my child not being admitted to or ejected from the Facility as a result of a violation of Health and Safety Policies.
Health and Safety Protocols. I certify that I will wear a mask in accordance with Oregon’s mask mandate which requires people in Oregon to wear masks in all indoor public spaces and in most public outdoor settings regardless of vaccination status where physical distancing is not possible. I certify that I will follow Lane County Public Health/ Oregon Health Authority guidance for COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. Student-centered events I certify that the event I am renting Bethel district space for IS NOT a student event, meaning that groups of students will not be gathering as part of this event. That this event is not taking place during school hours OR when students and staff are typically present in the building; and that the space is available.
