Health and Safety Programs. The University and the Lodge will continue to encourage health and safety in all police duty-related matters and will promote the health and safety standards established by the University for its law enforcement officers. The University shall be receptive to Lodge input in the health and safety programs.

Health and Safety Programs. The Contractor shall establish, maintain, and enforce safe work practices, and implement an accident/incident prevention program intended to ensure safe and healthful operations under their direction. The program shall include all requisite components of such a program under Federal, State and local regulations and shall comply with all City site programs.
Health and Safety Programs. The Company and the Union realize the benefits to be derived from adherence to the appropriate federal Industrial Health and Safety Regulations (“I.H.S.R.”) policies, practices and procedures, all of which promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract.
