Health and Safety Precautions. I recognize the importance of complying, and agree that I/my student will fully comply with all applicable laws, policies, rules and regulations, and any school employee’s instructions regarding participation in the Athletic Program. Specifically, I agree that I/my student will comply with all District instructions relating to health and safety precautions (e.g., social distancing, face coverings, hand washing, sanitization, and temperature and symptom checks), including all requirements of the IHSA Phase 4 Return to Play Guidelines (which can be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/documents/Phase4RTP.pdf), and any subsequent IHSA guidelines.   • Health and Safety Grievances A. It is the policy of the State employer to enforce safety and health, policies, procedures, and work practices and protect employees from harm in connection with State operations.

  • Health and Safety Requirements The Contractor and his subcontractors ensure at all times compliance with safety regulations imposed by any Act of Parliament, ordinance or any regulation or by¬law of any local or statutory authority.
