Common use of Health and Safety of Students Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety of Students. The Provider agrees to be subject to and will comply with all requirements of Chapter 38 of the Texas Education Code, and Chapter 42 of the Texas Human Resources Code. In the event that any ISD student is injured, experiences problems with bullying, or otherwise encounters a situation in which the heath and/or safety of that student is at issue, the Provider shall take immediate action to obtain help for the student or otherwise assist the student and work to quickly address any ensuing problems.

Health and Safety of Students. In the event that any Dallas ISD student is injured, experiences problems with bullying, or otherwise encounters a situation in which the heath and/or safety of that student is at issue, Dallas ISD and the Provider shall take immediate action to obtain help for the student or otherwise assist the student and work to quickly address any ensuing problems.
