Health and Safety File. The Contractor’s health and safety file is separate from the Contractor’s health and safety plan. The Contractor’s health and safety file is progressively populated with checks and inspections, as indicated in the Contractor’s health and safety plan. Any drawings, designs, materials used, structural integrity testing and any other similar information applicable to the project will be placed on the Contractor’s health and safety file. The Contractor’s health and safety file must be available on request and should be handed over to the Supervisor, prior to the Completion Date (Refer Construction Regulations 5(7) and 5(8)).

Health and Safety File. The Contractor shall issue to the Authority's Representative within 20 Business Days of the preparation thereof a copy of each and every health and safety plan and health and safety file (as such terms are used in the CDM Regulations) to be prepared by it pursuant to the CDM Regulations and of every amendment or update made to such file during the period of this Agreement.

All method statements Minutes of all relevant meetings Incident records, including investigations and results Record of all appointments under the Regulations Annexure B is a list of the records to be kept on site. The Health & Safety File shall be handed over to the Client on completion of the contract. It must contain all the documentation as set out above, or as instructed, as well as any handed to the Contractor by any contractors together with a record of all drawings, designs, materials used and other similar information concerning the completed project.
