HEALTH AND SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. 8.1 You will not undertake any work to the Boat whilst moored at the Mooring Site without our prior written consent and you will comply with any applicable Site Rules. Whether or not we give consent shall be at our absolute discretion and any consent we do give may be subject to conditions taking into account any matters we consider appropriate, including but not limited to health and safety considerations and having regard to the potential impact of the work on other third parties.

Contractor is responsible for all items it brings to the Site, including hazardous materials, and all such items brought to the Site by its Subcontractors and suppliers, or by other entities subject to direction of the Contractor. The Contractor shall not incorporate hazardous materials into the Work without prior approval of Owner, and shall provide an affidavit attesting to such in association with the request for the Substantial Completion Inspection.

  • Waste and Nuisance The Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the leased premises, nor shall he maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisance on the leased premises.
