Health and Safety Act. This Committee shall have a minimum of one representative selected or appointed by the Association. The minutes of such Committee shall be circulated to members of the Committee.

Health and Safety Act. 10.2 The Company and the Union agree the practice of safe working habits is the responsibility of each employee. The employees will comply with all Company Health and Safety requirements as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The Company recognizes an employee’s right to refuse work as prescribed therein.
Health and Safety Act. (c) A worker who is a member of a Committee is entitled to take the necessary time off from work to attend meetings of the Committee, to take training prescribed by the regulations and to carry out the worker’s usual salary and benefits without change.

Suppliers have undertaken to ensure that its employees, agents, sub- contractors and all other parties entering the premises to execute work in terms of this agreement shall at all times comply with the provisions of the Act regulations, by-laws and best practice. Suppliers are expected to maintain all safety and health related documentation - including permits, licenses and other records as required by Law Environmental Act
