Health and Disability Insurance. You (and any eligible dependents you elect) will be covered by the Company’s group health insurance programs on the same terms and conditions applicable to comparable employees. You will also be covered by the long-term disability plan for senior executives on the same terms and conditions applicable to comparable employees. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or eliminate such coverages in its discretion.
Health and Disability Insurance. Executive shall be entitled to participate in such health and disability insurance plans that the Company offers to other executive officers of the Company from time to time.
Health and Disability Insurance. The Company shall provide at the Company's expense, health care benefits and disability insurance for Employee and his immediate family members, consistent with all other insurance for officers and directors provided by the Company.

During the term of his employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the medical (including hospitalization), dental, life and disability plans, to the extent offered by the Bank, and in amounts consistent with the Bank’s policy, for other senior executive officers of the Bank, with premiums for all such insurance for the Executive and his dependents to be paid by the Bank in accordance with normal payroll practices but at least monthly.
Health and Disability Insurance. Participation, subject to qualification requirements, in medical, life or other insurance or hospitalization plans and long-term disability policies which are presently in effect or hereinafter instituted by EDGEN and applicable to its executive officers generally;

The Bank shall provide full health ------------------------------- insurance coverage for the Executive, his spouse, and his dependents until the Executive reaches age 65. The Bank shall provide disability insurance coverage for the Executive until the Executive reaches age 65.

The Company shall provide Employee and his family with health, medical, hospitalization and dental insurance coverage and/or cost reimbursement benefits which provide for one hundred percent (100%) of such costs and expenses to be paid on behalf of and/or reimbursed to Employee and his family, whether through existing insurance and/or reimbursement plans covering the Company's employees or through special plans relating specifically to employee, or a combination thereof. For purposes of this Section, the Employee's family shall include his spouse and children. The Company shall also provide disability insurance coverage to Employee under any Company plan(s) for such coverage as in effect from time to time for that category or class of the Company's employees which includes the Company's senior executive officers, provided that if necessary to provide Employee with monthly disability income benefits of at least fifty percent (50%) of Employee's Basic Salary in the event of Employee's permanent disability, the Company shall adopt a special plan relating specifically to Employee which results in Employee having coverage providing total benefits of at least 50% of Employee's Basic Salary.

Health and Disability Insurance. Members of the bargaining unit shall be enrolled in the City's Insurance programs and shall be subject to the terms and conditions therein. The Union may appoint a representative to serve on the City Benefits Committee. The Union's designee shall have the opportunity to provide input and vote on any recommendation made to the City Council. If the Union disagrees with any of the insurance options to be presented to the City Council for consideration, the Union may make a presentation to Council before a decision is made regarding benefits, it being understood that ultimately employees covered by the Agreement shall be subject to same insurance benefits on the same terms as are enjoyed by other City employees generally.

Executive, and all members of the Executive’s immediate family, shall be entitled to participate in health and disability insurance plans that the Company offers to other employees of the Company from time to time, on the same basis as is applicable to other similarly situated executive employees, consistent with past practice.
