Health and Benefits Plan. The Health and Benefits Plan currently in place for the full time mechanics will continue as per the Plan, subject to mutual agreement between the parties to the contrary. It is further understood that this plan is valid and in force only for the duration of this Collective Agreement. The coverage provided by these plans will be maintained as are currently in effect and detailed benefit booklets will be provided to all eligible employees.

Health and Benefits Plan. 1. Full time employees who have completed their probation shall be eligible to receive benefits. For probationary employees, benefits depending on length of service shall be computed from their start date of employment.
Health and Benefits Plan. Section 1. The Company, during the term of this Agreement, will provide the employee benefits described in section 15.3 under the terms set forth in this Article. The Company has sole discretion to determine or redetermine whether such benefits shall be provided through an insured plan, a self- insured plan, a self-funded plan or any combination of the above.
